Before you export food and beverage products to the United States you are required to register your food facilty with U.S. FDA for FFR number (Food Facility Registration Number). Food Safety Plan (21 CFR 117), Juice HACCP Plan(21 CFR120), and Seafood HACCP Plan (21 CFR 123) must be developed and inplemented. In case of some producats you need to apply for FCE and SID. Under FSMA Final Rule on Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVP) for Importers of Food for Humans and Animals, Foreign facilities exporters will be verified from U.S Importers. Moreover under FSMA Final Rule on Requirements for Additional Traceability Records for Certain Foods, food operators must have record to be ready for traceability.
